I'll make you a tutorial tonight on how to do it man, it's really simple but you need a set of tiny screwdrivers and some modeling glue.

Thanks man, no his punching gimmick is gone and the lever in the back is removed so it looks like he never had it. I even permanently locked his top half to his bottom half so he doesn't even spin around anymore and thus is far more stable.
@6G96GT How did you do that. the figures good if you do that.
