I must be the only person that thinks the parents are being selfish. They're not thinking about their children's feelings at all. They want whats right for THEM. They should just wait till the girls are able to get along more. Not like it's impossible. They ended up becoming 'sisters' at the end. That would have been the best time to 'tie the knot'.
@jennymar definetly disagree. brooke and sam are old enough to act a bit more mature and be happy for thier parents and actually try thier hardest to get along for them. they are the ones being selfish
@jennymar I agree, in one of the previous episodes when Sam goes to her father's grave and she is talking to him she is like "Mom is trying really hard to be happy" but I never hear her or Brooke's dad say " I'm trying really hard to make my daughter happy" they don't understand that they are teenagers and it only makes it worse that they have different social statuses and have never gotten along. Another fact is that they got engaged before their daughters even knew.
ha the black and white scenes show you that spam is far more intelligent that brooke because shes actually hesitant about opening the lid of her dinner.
