It's a very, VERY faint blue that is only visible when the water is in large qualities. In cups, it looks clear. For people that think it's green, that's only in waters where Algae has taken over.

Actually, water IS blue, it just isnt that blue, since air particles are blue, it can only make a large body of water look blue. So no, It isnt the reflection of the sky xD.
