New ownership and a lot of people leaving has changed the paper a lot, and not for the good. It's not the Orange County Register, a pretty good paper, particularly for California.
That's stupid. People who work should be able to make themselves some food and eat it together. Just because there are other hungry people, doesn't mean that absolutely no one should enjoy food or the company of others. Next time you sit down to eat a holiday meal, eat some crackers instead...give your families food to the homeless.
That's the most stupid remark I ever heard. You must work for the Sentinel. The Salvation Army is less than 2 blocks away and all the people in this video don't look like they ever missed a meal.
Fed the people that need it and feel good about it.
