@TheTomp224 If they are on the same network as you are then open up cmd, and type in "Net view" Once you have done that the screen should pop up with all the computer's that are on your network at that time. Then type in "Tracert" then the computer you want to shut down. Then look for their IP, It's easy to find. Then type in "Shutdown -i", select add then put their IP address in. Select shutdow in the drop down menu and select a time limit for the message to be shown. Put a reason and ur done.

In order to do the telnet trick(if on vista or windows 7), first change the settings by going to CONTROL PANEL, THEN PROGRAMS, THEN DEFAULT WINDOWS PROGRAMS and turn on the telnet client checkbox.

I don't see the issue here, These are basic fundementals of hacking.

However they're not directly hacking.

These are useful things you need to know when you want to breach a database or anything like that. Things like IP tracing adding and deleting user account and remote shutdowns are commands that are vital when you're inside another network. These commands will allow to get around the system a bit easier rather than if you didn't know them.

Anyway, telnet is disabled in WIndows Vista and up. To enable it, go to control panel > Programs > add or remove windows component > check telnet client.

The tracert command won't get you past a website block. It just shows the path your computer uses to get to the entered website. The IP takes you to the website just like the name will.

@f00pers That is because you are not using the CMD as the Administrator!! You must have the password of the Administrator to do it. First, change the password of the Administrator as shown in the video. Then, right click on CMD, and click "Run as Administrator." Then nothing will be blocked.

ok, my own experiences on this video:

1: if you notice, the add/delete/change functions say "access denied". This is because you dont have admin properties. I still dont know how to get admin properties without admin properties already, short of actually tricking the HUMAN person "admin" to get you on their account for 4 minutes.

2: the tracert (or ping) bypass doesnt always work. many blockers stop IP address

if you want to make an admin pass use oph crack it will automatically give you all the passwords for the comp and poof your in

changing the password using command prompt you need to run it cmd as adminstrator. meaning if you're not logged in as adminstrator, you can't change any body's password. The first trick he showed you after the color change was a failed. 1:08 he typed in a password but if you really pause it and keep clicking the video slowly you'll notice it says ACESS DENIED. he quickly minimized it so you wouldn't see it.
