  • Got a blue 1987 Brougham myself. Baby is a boat on wheels.

  • sounds like pedro form napoleon dynamite narrating

  • what kind of ham is it i never heard of a broham but i got a smooth brougham

  • that caddy's engine don't purr, it roar's!

  • DUDE THIS AINT SHIT MY CADDY HAS 43K miles & their ORIGINAL MILES ITS A COUPE DEVILLE 2DOOR BROUGHAM & ITS FLAWLESS

  • @nationalcitysycho, Really!!!!! datz bad ass. Thanks for telling me. hope u show it sometime i love those cars like yours.

  • @j45007 U KNOW WAT ITS ON LAY IT LOW I GAVE THE CADDY TO MY NEPHEW ITS 4 SALE!

  • @nationalcitysycho im proud of you asshole!!!

  • I BROKE UP WITH MY FOREIGN CAR & FELL IN LOVE WITH A CADILLAC.

  • 5.7 liter? That sounds bigger than the 4100 in my '83 seville and $5 only goes about 17 miles in it. I bet this fleetwood stops at one station and to the next one 10 miles down the street.

  • So you've got two Broughams now...but do you ever wish at least one of them was a d'Elegance? You know, that EXTRA fancy Brougham that has the loose cushion seats with the rows and rows of buttons?

  • u must not be married it sounds like the car and u r having an affair stick it in the tank u old buzzard

  • beautiful car dude. lol on the bro-ham I think its supposed to be brahm

  • Its all about the Lincolns and Caddys.

  • I would like to have it. But in Spain, where I live, a car like that it is very expensive to keep, principally due to the fuel cost.

  • Are you saling this car

  • I gotta say J; this thing is a beauty! and yea it is a shame they stopped making this big bad beasts...in favor of smaller more "economical" cars....I still love the big ole v8 rear drive cars like this luxo tide!!!....so do tell us man...what more have ya done to it to make it that much more enjoyable to drive? Or have u not done anything more to it?: either way very cool ride man! :)

  • nice cady !

  • @phmike69 i have a 91 Fleetwood Brougham and she is amazing be looking for videos in the next couple of days

  • Sweet!! Love to see the old classics especially Cadillac's not destroyed with hydraulics and huge rims. The young guys don't understand that they are destroying the classy look of these cars. Keep it classy!!

  • i need to know how can you afford the repairs if your not a mechanic?

  • @phmike69, SO? is that all u could think of saying. ooooook.

  • i gotta say that is a beauty! i have my own 91 brougham and tragically... just about 25 minutes ago while driving home the fan fell off and i believe punctured the radiator. i'm devastated and i thought if i found videos of it and watched people talk about how much they loved their cadi i would find it in me to keep her running looking oh so sexy as she does. Thank you for your clunkers video because i totally agree. waste of a good quality car. Thanks again for the video. made me happy :)

  • @natebenjamin45, I am sorry that happened to your car...but its an easy fix and wont cost much to fix. If you need any suggestions...jus let me know. And what happened to your car is far from any good reason to not fix it. If your smart you will not get rid of it. You will probably enjoy my latest video on it...i re did the engine. also i have an exaust video of this car before the rebuild and mods i did. Have an awesome day, -BOGAR!

  • около 7 сек

  • Whatever happened to your LeSabre? Do you still have it?

  • @80KMan OF COARSE....its still going strong at now 330,000 miles. No Rebuilds....that engine has never been out of the engine bay. I just did a 0 to 60 video of it a couple weeks ago. Go check it out....u will find it at my main page in my video someplace. Thanks for watching and commenting. LaTeRz, -BOGAR!

  • Love it. Are you selling it?

  • @mitch7951, No way man...at least not now!

  • @j45007 Awesome Cadillac wonderful looking. Have to get one someday

  • It's a beauty. I had an '85 Brougham with the rare 4.1L V8 (rear wheel drive). Absolutely the best car I ever owned. The same body style ran from '77 to '92, and was the best Caddy they ever made. In '93 they made it even bigger and uglier (RWD) with a new body style, but discontinued the RWD's a few years later. The 4.1L V8 was aluminum, but had weak bearings and head gaskets, etc. if you didn't follow maintenance schedules to the letter (oil change every 4000mi. and antifreeze every year).

  • amen...

  • long live Cadillac

  • @pringleslays, Amen to that bro!! Cadillac Rule!!

  • You've got a nice fleet there. You should be proud.

  • @capnfrog, Yes i love it! This Cadillac is going to be making a Grand Appearance pretty soon here....and show all the upgrades i have done to it!!

  • PUT SOME 24s ON IT... AND AN ICE CREAM PAINT JOB WOULD MAKE PEOPLE WANNA BUY IT^^

  • hey man do you know if the 83 brougam had a fuel injected or carbed?

  • 69,000? Mines a 1986 and has 32,000 on the clock. But I will admit, yours is mint.

  • opinion on a 1989 fleetwood with 205000 miles on it?

  • very nice car

  • Back in 1992 i had a 81 sedan deville with the experimental engine "4.6.8" and it had 69 thousand original miles and and in reality the size of the engine was a 368 alunimum block ha and it will actually will go up to 90 miles to 85 an hour, get it out on a open stretch of a freeway with hardly no one around even the cops and you will see what a big dog 80's cadillac can do just give a engine a good blow out and aw dude you will feel great about your ride

  • Back in 1992 i had a 81 sedan deville with the experimental engine "4.6.8" and it had 69 thousand original miles and and in reality the size of the engine was a 368 alunimum block ha and it actual will go up to 90 miles to 85 an hour, get it out on a open stretch of a freeway with hardly no one around even the cops and you will see what a big dog 80's cadillac can do just give a engine a good blow out and aw dude you will feel great about your ride

  • Do a 0-60 in the car. Upload that so we can see how well it does for being 20 years old.

  • @IROCwarriorAMC88, I already have a 0-60 video i did some time back in this car. Thanks for watching...-BOGAR!

  • What a beauty! I sure like the little chrome accents and details like the Cadillac logo on the door locks which you don't really find on the newer Cadillacs of today.

  • omg its beatifull!!! i should b gettin a 1987 brougham tomarrow; im 16 n everybody keeps tellin me its gna kill ma money but i cant help it i still want it; their so beautifull :D

  • this car like this maby 6000$ in kuwait nics car man

  • your a man of taste.

  • every cadillac i see makes lincoln look a kia

  • Yeah the best for gas guzzling my choice would be the 1981 cadillac sedan deville with the experimental engine 4/6/8 valves they were the best amist the problems that some owners say that had with them

  • Everyone looks better in a Cadillac!

  • Hi, I've had a 65 coupe de ville with bucket seats, a 88,90,93,96 all were well maintained but nothing like your Cadillac, I found the best way to clean the Whitewalls was Westleys, Bleche White, and for wax, I use Zymol cleaner and wax. I did fined that the early 90 Cadillacs lost their quality and my 96 was a quality vehicle. I enjoy your videos, keep them coming, Thanks Ron

  • Very Nice! Looks like it is a very well maintained car.

  • Beautiful! That's all i can say is B-E-A-UTIFUL!

  • Very nice, older Caddy. Very fortunate it didn't have an owner willing to sacrifice it under the cash for clunkers program. Stupid program and waste of tax payers money not to mention a waste of thousands of useful cars.

  • Nice car, inspired me, just flew half way across the the country to pick up a 91 Fleetwood De Elegance. Thanks for the tips, these are the last of the real cars.

  • i watch many of your vids i love your caddys i have a all white78 sedan deville in good condition with only 75k on it i need to detail under hood im gonna use your cleaning vids as a guide

  • why do these cars have such a following?

  • i have the same car with 50 thousand miles

  • Sweet ride. Have an 88 Brougham d'Elegance. Grey/ grey leather and vinyl roof. Standard 307 V-8, purchased from a private collection. 108K miles and mechanically very sound. Original CA car too. Love those cars. In my humble opinion, this is a classic look that will never go out of style. New doesn't always mean better. Happy for you. Cheers mate. peace and love

  • u only bought it because you have no money. what a loser like the rest who still hold on to garbage. get a 2010 and ill be impressed.

  • @klonetheklown these cars are worth alot more than a 2010 ever thought of being i dont care what the price guide says i think your just jealous because this car has more class than any new car its head turner do you honestly think someones gona turn there head for a 2010 get the fuck out of here with that i dont think you can afford the 93 octane fuel you go to use in this car you dam hippie !!!!

  • nice cadillac dude

  • Beautiful! I can just imagine cruisin around in that Cadillac comfort and style.

  • i would love to have a car like this

    im 15 and i own a 1985 oldsmobile delta 88 royal brougham L.S.

  • you have a nice car, very big. but probably is not to good on gas? i found your channel thru your nephew 88broughamls and then he told me to look at your channel, he thinks very highly of you.

  • dos this car waste loads of petrol?? and can yu get them in diesel?? also how fast are they??

  • @999sharif

"Does this car waste loads of petrol?"

These cars weren't known for fuel economy, but they're still fairly economical for what they are; expect around 13-19 city and 20-25 highway MPG on a well-running example with about 17-20 MPG average.

"can yu get them in diesel"

No. There were older models of Cadillacs with diesel engines, but they were terrible; the European marques owned the American marques for refined and reliable diesel engines.

  • @999sharif

    "how fast are they"

Fast enough to cruise safely in the highway. I wouldn't drive one above 100 MPH, to be honest.

But, to be fair, these cars weren't meant to go fast. They were meant for cruising (and to look cool doing it).

  • Wow. Very nice caddy. I got a 1990 brougham like that but sapphire and pulled out the 5.0 and dropped a 454 in and lifted it abit and put 24 inch rims on it. Real head turner.

  • nice caddy lac .. the 5.7 is the best!!!!

  • @midnitesquirldog, Thanks...yeah it sure pulls that car swiftly!! And CONGRATULATIONS ON BEING MY 1000TH. SUBSCRIBER!!!!!! LaTeRz, -BOGAR!

  • they don't make cars at that Arlington plant anymore; all they build is trucks and SUV's.

  • i have a brougham d'elegance 1988 with only 55k it is a real beauty...

  • @loonerrz, Well i went over to see your Brougham on your channel, but i dont see it. But thanks so much for viewing my videos and commenting. -BOGAR!

  • its great to see someone else that loves this car as much as me i have a 1992 with white on white interior do you know where i might be able to find bumpers for this car?

  • Built in Arlington Texas, thats where my Roadmaster was built, and its a 1995

  • wow... im so gettin a big cadillac when i get a job again :D i watched your other video about cash for clunkers, very nice info you told. I still wondering why the hell people get rid of nice cars like those. Most of them wasn't even '' clunkers '', they could be at a museeum, like the blue cadillac and the brown olds. And to see that Volvo 760 there made me feel sad. Great videos my friend =)

  • sure this sounds like a once-in-a-lifetime acqusition, you just cannot go wrong with this ! congratulations and friendly greetings from a german fan :)

  • @CHUUMPASS, And greetings right back at you!! And thanks alot for viewing & commenting on my videos. Keep it right up! Have a great weekend, -BOGAR!

  • thank you very much for your kind reply, sure i will check on your vids regularly since i'm very impressed with your fleet and your work overall, can i ask how many vehicles you currently own? friends greetings from germany.

  • dude, ur caddie is awesome

  • @MrZimzam, Gee Thanks....I kinda thaught so myself!!

  • hi MrZimzam, Agreed! that was my first thaught, i love these cars.

  • a set of michelin tires on that car will have a ultra smooth ride. some vogues tires give that car a new look

  • @heavyxpress3000, MY THOUGHT EXACTLY!! The tires on this car still have alot of tread but since the car has such low miles it has sat around alot too in someones garage. So the tires are kinda hardened, cracked and dry. I did find the receipt for the tires and it has a date of July 1996. Thanks for commenting, -BOGAR!

  • lol my girl firend grandpa had alot and i mean alot of cadillac not the new ones i mean the one's from 50 to 90's

  • Nice Broughams. I had many on these Caddys in the 80's when I was in the Limo Business.

Broughams and stretch Limos. I just purchased a 94 Concours. But I miss the RWD Caddys. I dont care for FWD Caddys. If I find a Fleetwood brougham in nice shape I am gonna buy it. Nice cars.

  • very very nice man!! Love those old GM B/C/D body sedans... Awesome!!!

but the name "Brougham" is pronounced "Brome"... (long 'o') just fyi...

  • where do you store all these cars!

  • how much did that set you back?

  • awesome new cadillac bogar. looks real nice.

I really really wish I waited and saved up and got a cadillac like that one, instead of buying the cheap one I did and ended up putting more money in it then a mint condition one would be worth... but what is done is done and I love my cadillac brougham to! but real nice cadillac you got their. :) been awhile since we got to talk don't see you on yahoo as much.

  • wow that is a real nice cadillac!

  • Bogar, just out of Curiosity, how much would you want for that Brougham?

  • The only way to travel, is Cadillac Style!

  • Yesss Buick !! Yeah What happened to the BOP, that 350 isa Chevy. in a Caddy. I have a 87 Regal, with a 350 Buick ha Buick on a Buick it had a Olds. 307 but there was an Exodus of it.

  • Gee Bogar, it takes everything i got to get ONE car, and you so easily just say "I picked it up today" like nothing!! And i also agree with the guy below.......you ARE a MAN of GOOD quality taste.

  • The last of the good Caddillacs. The rest now are Junk.

  • Park Avenue and A Feetwood Brougham man you sure have a rare good taste!!!

  • 100% Agree. i wonder what he will get next?!

  • maybe 70s chrysler imperial OR lincoln continental. Well have to wait and see : )

  • She looks real good man! What was wrong with the one you already have?

  • Hey, rts9100! DiD you not see the whole video? I talked about the other one.

  • @IDIDieselJohn, hi john, do you know how tall bogar is? He looks pretty tall and i asked him and he has not replied. i was just wondering.

  • sweet cars man you dont find cadillacs like that in chicago in that good of condition

  • Hello "braineyboy"!! whats new dude??

  • Wow man that's nice! I looked at one just like that, same color, when I got my 92 brougham. It was a 91 and also had the 5.7 liter in it. My 92 only has the 5.0 in it :-(

  • What up "CaddyDaddy1980"! Do you have videos of it?? i mean your 92. aND HOW DO YOU LIKE THAT 305 IN IT?

  • Good year.. Simple to fix too... for 1/4 of the purchase price it will outlast a new car

  • Your damn right about that "ghtowagon"!!!!!

  • Whats the fuel mileage on that beast :)

  • Hey, its alot better then you would imagine, especially with the "TBI", or throttle body injection system. It will get you around 24 mpg on the Interstate. Not bad considering the power and size of the motor, not to mention the weight of the car too. -BOGAR!

  • I think it would look even better in my driveway!

  • Thats really funny how you said that "85buickV8"!! Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment, -BOGAR!

  • i saw a nice caddy , it was a blue saphire colour on ebay with only 23 miles on it LOLOL, damn that car was the nicest i ever seen but the price ended at 35grand , yikes expensive

  • he has another cadillac LOLOL thats awesome bogar

5.7 litre, how many HP does that engine produce?

awesoem car, nice and big up to 1991

only thing i dont like is that, 5.7l v8, how much gas does thatthing gobble up?

  • Who cares about the gas mileage, comfort and style make up for it. In 1991 the 5.7 had about 185 HP/300 lb/ft of torque I believe.

And with fuel injection the car should be good for up to 22 MPG highway.

This body style originally came with a 7.0 Liter (425 Cubic inch) V8 in 1977. Yes it was the same bodystyle between 1977and 1991 except for grille and headlight/tailight changes.

  • who cares aboutt he gas milage? gas is gonna be over a dollar again (inc anada we do litres)

its an awesome car i would love to drive but u gotta be able to afford to drive it too

    22mpg, highway or city?

  • So big deal, gas is gonna be over a dollar a liter, or over $3 per gallon. Who cares?

I'd much rather drive something like this that's actually reliable than drive an old front wheel drive 4-cyl or V6 that constantly breaks. This goes for domestics and those mythically reliable Hondas and Toyotas with 350,000 miles and no problems that everyone's brother, uncle neighbor, cousin seems to own.

So with a car like this you pay more for gas but save thousands per year on repairs.

  • Comment removed

  • I own a Buick, but the drive wheels are on the correct (rear) end. No not all the front drive cars suck, the late 80'sBuick Olds full size (Le Sabre, Electra, Park Ave, Delta 88, Ninety Eight) were awesome cars, as well as most FWD Cadillacs into the Mid 1990's. After this quality took a serious nosedive.

  • thanks, cause i own a 86 buick park avenue

as a daily driver id prefer it more then a rwd, since it snows her ein canada ugh lol

  • Yes I bought a 1985 Buick Le Sabre V8(RWD) a few weeks ago. We get the snow here in Southern Minnesota too, but I would drive my 2008 Mustang in the salty slop before letting my Buick rust. I bet I own one of the only full size RWD Buicks in the state of Minnesota with no rust. I plan on keeping it that way. I will try to post a video of it this weekend.

  • lookgin forward to the vid

  • @randomrazr, wow random you sure defend your buick.

  • it has good qualities from the big body cars and more modern cars, im just sayig, i kno if i looked at one without being in one or not owning one, i would assume its a ugly ass car at first etc lol

  • @ randomrazr, your car is not ugly. Its very nice.

  • thanks!

  • @randomrazr , i was seeing your comments here talking to this guy. And i was surprised you hv a low opinion of your car. LOL.

  • well , i like the car more for sentimental value and of course its an awesome built car. if i haad a low opinion it would be scraped by now lol, but no thats not gonna happen

  • I would say about 14-15MPG city and up to 24 MPG highway on a good day.

Repairs are infrequent as long as you have enough common sense to change oil and not beat on it every chance you get.

The way the previous owner drives and does maintenance of course plays a big factor

Sure beats the plastic junk (foreign and domestic) that falls apart after 5 years, in additon to seats only coming in shades of gray.

  • ur saying the front wheel ddrive cars in the 80s sucks?

  • thats a car u dont beat on and just set the cruse to 65 on the highway

  • hot dog ya got another one looks very nice man great bargin 10*

  • A bargain, Where?

  • i ment to say a good deal on the caddy lol

  • gonna have to call you Cadillac man
