  • linus i know this video is from 2 years ago but if you have any idea where i can purchase one of these i would be thrilled

  • just grabbed one of these for $100 used

  • this is not just a motherboard

  • Pause at 0:10 XD

  • Hello. I P7P55D, and ati 6950 2gb. There are 2 slots: 1 (2.0_1 PCIe x16 slot (blue, at x16 link) 2 (2.0 PCIe x16_2 slot (black, at x4 link). I have connected the ati 6950 in 2 (2.0 PCIe x16_2 slot (black, at x4 link). If I put you in the first slot I'll have better performance? Help me ....

  • stop it at 0:10

  • its better the p7p55d evo or this one?

  • will the Radeon 5770 fit on this board?

  • @iseesquares -.- Yes.......

  • @gergy008 is a hd5850 fit too please

  • @vivelehardcore all PCI-e X16 will fit you just need to have the space in your case XD

  • he said its weird that it doesn't support Esata, but i comes with an Esata i/o bracket? :o

  • e-sata runs off the bracket, most new cases have e-sata aswell on the front end.

The cover over the chipset lights up with a blueish glow, very nice touch.

the remote is one pain that i have, trying to connect it is tight as the cable length is just enough to fit.

There are several instances where the board will humm, mine included, but you can easily rma with asus or return to the dealer for replacement.

  • i might actually have to put a window in my case when i get this board lol

  • is the black pci-e for physx?

  • @filletheking95

Yes it can be used for physx... among other things though, it can be used for pci-e ssd's or whatever may come out on full pci-e bus

  • is the -e version worth the 60 bucks?

  • @GrimTheToad no this is like 200 bucks

  • oooh earing in the right ear. I've anyone knows two and a half men, he would know what that means :)

  • usb/e-sata IO bracket is included as Linus have mentioned earlier in the unboxing clip... but he forgot about it... I'm like that too sometimes...

  • why do all motherboard packages remnd me of the yu gi oh card packages

  • whats the reason for 2 ethernet ports?

  • @TheRomanCandle790 its called teeming technology, basicaly just hook up 2 etherents from your router and you shoud get faster internet speeds but not a huge increse, its quite intresting how it works actualy!

  • so whats better a ASUS P7P55D Deluxe motherboard or a EVGA X58 SLI LE motherboard

  • 0:28 look at his face))) Angry ...

  • Turbo Remote, IO Shield, Manual, Drivers & Applications DVD, 6 SATA Cables (3 right angle, 3 straight), USB & e-sata IO bracket, SLI Bridge, Qconnecters, IDE Cable, and the board.

  • RUN FORREST RUN :D nice shirt !!!

  • ooo.... glossy.... oh hey did asus put any "street lights" on any of their newest motherboards? the crosshair had it, but how about the newer ones? i LOVED those lights, it was so bad ass.

  • I bought this board and it works perfect

  • ahhahah

look at his face at 0:09

    lol

  • @aizee1 no it's his facial expression at 0:10 lol funny

  • (10 -Channel Audio I/O not 7.1) e-SATA is going to carry power in the future, so just get an add-on card when it does. Like if anyone really uses eSATA anyways.

  • I have a little problem. I am going to buy new hardware for my pc. I don't know which I should buy: 1366 mid range motherboard and corsair dominator gt ram with i7 920 or the best 1156 set there is in the market like asus p7p55d premium, corsair dominator gt 2000mhz and i7 860. So what do you guys think. Which of these setups is better. Midrange 1156 with all the best components or midrange 1366 with cheaper motherboard. Thanks !

  • Well, he said at 1:04 that there is an USB/ esata IO bracket. Just plug it, then you will have your esata. TheMRamstaff, you have no reason complaining now! :D

  • Actually on the site it's Ah-soos

  • delux with no esata:(
