You play a C chord first, composed of the1st (C), the 3rd (E) nd the 5th (G), that's your major chord. Then you gotta add a 11nth note, which would be an F. The 8th is C, the 9th is D, and so on. :) I'm not sure if C11 means that you gotta add a minor 11th (E) or a major 11th (F)... That's the idea, however. ;)

the chords they put on the description are different from how they play it on the video :[

That's because the chords aren't relative to the capo he has in the video .

In the video , he's playing it in the key of E with a capo on the 1st fret , so if you want to play it like he plays it in the video just drop the chords in the description a half-step down with a capo on the 1st .
