lol people if you dont know,yes you have to be fire. yes you need to be a member or have crowns to buy the area. you get heck hound QUEST LINE AT LEVEL 18, meaning you have to do multiple quests, but eventually you'll get the heck hound spell. to start the quest, get to level 18 if you're a fire wizard, and talk to your fire teacher ( i forgot her name XD). and you need to be able to go to the krokosphinx. also you can buy the heck hound PET( it doesnt give card) outside of the krokoshinx.

@BrandonWinterocean do a lot of quests. then u can talk to merle ambrose and go to the world gate inside bartley. but have 915 crowns

lvl 13 me 5 more lvels until i get that quest :( on the bright side i will probly be in krokatopia by then i had 10'000 crowns then i spend it and only got 2 places cl fa then i spend it on other stuff now i only have 26 again but on sun i will get more crowns by the way how much crowns is worth a $10.00 dolloergift card?

@chaoswolfdragon23 yep u have to.. unless you buy crowns cuz crowns are much better cuz u can unlock a place permanently to ur acct. membership is only for a limited time and cannot unlock the place permanently to ur acct. so it can be both

@Palkia289 it depends if you subcribe you can go anywhere you have acsess to but cannot stich and when your done with it all the subcriber places lock up. if you buy crouwns it is there forever and you dont keep getting billed and go threw the game at your own pace.
