Not bad at all. Its a pretty good fan film. However, Gambit is a miscast and the music in the fight seemed too mainstream. Although Rock can fit well with action, it can take away the feel of drama from a scene. Oh, and thumbs up on the FX. Done damn well.
i was about to say remy doesnt "kill" people. not to my knowledge anyway. i loved the twist and sequencing. add some quick quips and you got urself one hell of a fanfic
After some calculation, I've determined that the speed of the card at 2:20, would have had to been at least 200 miles per hour. Gambit's got quite an arm.
i liked it, being a hardcore gambit fan...i dont care about who the guy was who played him, but u just missed alot of key shots out :( where did those other bad guys come from for instance, too much fighting floating boxes, agreed about charging the cards, and the energy comes from gambit not the cards themselves...other than that, great ideas, good effects, keep making films!
need to use a younger skinnier guy for gambit (no offense dude I'm gettin' up there too) and maybe use black sclera on his eyes. Pretty good sfx, but I'm sure gambit would have charged the cards before tossing them at the guys so maybe blow up the first guys head (cool).
Pretty cool. Special effects were absolutely top notch, pretty much the highlight of the video. My only complaint is that the film just lacked energy. The beginning running, was kinda dull, and hitting boxes, etc. But overrall I really liked this.
The part where Remy killed the scientist dude was absolutely awesome.
Eeehh... ok it was cool, but the guy's kinda old for being Remy. Sorry but it's true. Gambit would have realized someone was coming, he wouldn't have suddenly been caught just like that. And what kind of cards are those? Are they made of steel to do that to the first guy? Anyway, Rem's clothes were really cool, and the bo staff part too; it was a great fight.
