Interestingly, Nietzschze thought that there were 2 types of morality:

Master morality is based on good or bad results for the master and is practicied by thugs & dictators who do what they want cause they have the power.

Slave morality is based on good or bad intentions and it subverts the masses by making them think weakness is good and that strength is bad.

This scene denounces the slave morality but the rest of the film denounces the master morality.
