you're not poo. ju-jitsu's great! i dont think you are from the same federation as i am...well i dont know but im guessing not, as i dont think we do them throws for that belt syllabus. but i love the second lock on your leg throw. :) i only had to do that for my black belt syllabus because the juniors dont do that lock till later on. what belt are you now?
