@ipwnboobs1 - you need to get a letter from a courier and read that letter to continue if you turned in the first half before 15. the courier shows up most commonly in winterhold.

OK i gave him the CUBE thingy at lvl 10 ... then i saw " u need lvl 15 " now .. im lvl 18 and still cant continue the quest to get the blood extraction one .... ive gave him the cube and everything ... any help anyone ???

how far along in the game is this? what level would you recommend to do this? I'm level 10 almost 11 and I'm mostly mage I have firebolt but I also like to use a sword in one hand sometimes and I have leveled up my one handed a once I think? which is only 20 percent more damage...

@TheKlownfish420 - you need to wait until level 15 to even be able to finish the quest, but that is the perfect time to grab this if you intend to do the leveling glitch.

@SoulTaker1003 - yes. if you are on patch 1.3 then search my channel for thalmor embassy and i show how to get back in using a wooden bowl.

if you are on patch 1.4, they moved the stone to Reeking Cave, which is right outside of the embassy.

@thekornfreak1994 - if you screwed up and turned in the lexicon before 15, you have to wait for a courier to bring you a letter and then read that letter to continue.

If the quest won't continue, pickpocket him for the lexicon, sleep for like 24 hours, then look for the letter in your inventory! Thumbs so people can see!
