They tell everyone to calm their breathing down, it's the normal pep talk, there isnt any technique you can do by touching the chest that can alter someones breathing like that, its stupid.

put vaseline on your hand and then try to wipe it off with a towel and see what happens, next spray a bit of water onthe spin that had vaseline on it, and see how slippery it is.

George st pierre would of won anyways, and the thing about people saying he was slippery? Well, the ref wipped him down with a towel, but since he is fighting hes sweating alot, which makes him slippery.
When one of the guys from GSP's camp put vaseline on his back the ref did catch it and did wipe him off with a towel, but vaseline gets absorbed into your skin so even if he was wiped off he was still very slippery. The sweat mixed with vaseline also made him more slippery. I do agree though that i think he would have won anyway.

Remember, sweat alone is slippery enough but add grease and I don't think a "gracy" would've had an EASY time submitting gsp. put vaseline on your hand and then try to wipe it off with a towel and see what happens, next spray a bit of water onthe spin that had vaseline on it, and see how slippery it is.

When one of the guys from GSP's camp put vaseline on his back the ref did catch it and did wipe him off with a towel, but vaseline gets absorbed into your skin so even if he was wiped off he was still very slippery. The sweat mixed with vaseline also made him more slippery. I do agree though that i think he would have won anyway.

I don't flat out think gsp cheated, i just think it would have made for more fair and better fight than it did... Remember, sweat alone is slippery enough but add grease and I don't think a "gracy" would've had an EASY time submitting gsp. That Dud rubbing grease shouldn't be touching any other part except those permitted. Not sure if he did it inadvertently or on purpose, BUT HE DID IT and it may have cost a fairer fight.

yeah that point hes touching is called the "sore spot", its something to do with the lymph nodes and used to correct psychological reversal in EFT (emotional freedom technique). The accusation however that he put vaseline on wasn't in this moment, it was in between rounds when his trainer rubbed his upper back -whether they were rubbbing vaseline in or not.

Even if that's the case (which it probably is), that's still no excuse for doing what he did. Cheating's still cheating even if it's against an opponent he would have probably beaten anyway, that's really irrelevant. When you see the evidence for yourself, and hear other fighters statements it's quite clear GSP cheats and he should be punished for it. This will never happen though because GSP is too popular, and too valuable for the UFC to publicly disgrace so he'l get away with it.
