this is actualy really cool. shame the didnt make it a feature long movie then the part where it is grown up would make more sence. it should show more of the adventure parts, the start was great tho she should tell the story still from there but more inbetween. This is absolutely astonishing, the artwork and detail in this movie are extremely thought-through. The story is touching and extremely moving, 5:28 is one of the best scenes i have ever scene in movies around the world, along with that 10:30 is incomprehensible. the thought everyone put into this is amazing. Well done, and as a person that is new to teh animation world, i praise the team behind this.

She wasn't thinking "oh this rather large dragon likes the way I smell", she was thinking "this dragon tried to kill me and it might be a good idea to end it before it finishes the job". It's easy to critique emotions and actions when you're sitting on your ass enjoying a film. I'd like to see you think just as rationally when met with the same dilemma.

We were probably meant to be seeing this through her eyes, she doesn't realize it until the end, having not seen her face since the bowl, and so we are also suddenly hit with how dramatically her world just changed. Would explain why the dragon doesn't recognize her too well as well.

Journeys and stress change people at a rapid rate, especially when they're on their own, and given the story, it was probably more than just a few months. 'Least that's how I've read into it.

about blender use, no doubt that is a big work excellent use of such a marvelouse software, what a team. you just have to check the credits to see who many people work after sintel. but Why does the story have to be sad... why does the human have to go wrong, over and over on almost every story that doesn't belong to hollywood... could sintel be more clever before destroy everything she was after? could you team sale hope to people instead of punishing due to mistakes..
