How to Install Module In Silverstripe CMS Video 2

Im having trouble adding a video to the site is there a module or a trick to adding a video either from like utube or some other site.

@gbpcentral My original web site is working well but now I am being requested to make a site for a local lawn bowling club and the ease of use of this software so that they will be able to admin it themselves for the most part, makes it a good fit.
