I can live with comparing current players to Jordan because at least those guys are MVP candidates and future Hall of Famers. What I can't stand are comparisons to Pippen, because Pippen is an all-time great and the guys they compare to him tend to be zero-time All-Stars and would have to buy a ticket like your or I to get into the Naismith Hall of Fame.

I don't like that announcer. When Pippen told him his classic line he told Malone he just stared at him like "that's all you had to say?" That's one of the greatest lines you could deliver to Malone! Pip - HOF 2010

Great performance by Pip on a bad foot. I think it plantar fasciitis? I noticed during the 2nd 3 peat Pippen's body was really wore down by the time he got to the Finals. In '96 he had the ankle and knee problems. '97 the bad foot and in '98 he had the back back after taking charges on Malone.
