Nefesh, you're not acting very bright. All the Palestinians want from Israel is their own state. They're fighting for their own state, so giving them their own state would be the best solution to ending the bloodshed. The Israeli government does not want to give the Palestinians their own state because if they do, they would have to stop their expansion and honor Palestinian territory under international law, meaning they would have to kick tens of thousands settlers out of Palestinian land.

Others (the vast majority including civiilians and terrorist organizations such as Hamas, Al-Aqsa Martyr's Brigade, and Islamic Jihad) want all of Israel by victory in massacre and destruction of all Israelis and their soldiers.

btw... my family is in Gaza.. my cousin was there that day.. he told me fatah militias between the crowds started the shooting at the police forces first... and as in any public gathering in any place on earth, there are police forces around the crowd...
