I actually can only do that part one handed... I don't get it perfect every time but if I do it with both hands for some reason I always screw it up...
Holy crap you do those bits one-handed?!? Somehow my hands are able to do it without me thinking... I mess up occasionally and if I do I REALLY mess up, but I just can't do it one-handed...
