submarine is the best style for your arm because its closest to a normal motion as in underhand.over the top in bad for your rotatar cap and nothing in submarine wich is why i throw both in my league and average 2 strikeouts per inning.

when i was pitching in highschool and college i threw sidearm/sub and my coaches constanly tried to get me to throw overhand. as i've played over the years i notice that coaches ten to give sidearmers a hard time about their delivery

Well, in Little League, they give you a hard time because coaches have this misconception that it puts too much stress on your elbow and shoulders. Once you get to high school or college, as long as you can throw sidearm/submarine effectively, they will praise you as a god. Once you start becoming ineffective, you will probably get cut. Submarine pitching is a "last resort" type of deal to some pitchers. They can't get any outs throwing over so they go under.

uhm no you use momentum with gravity giving you more speed while throwing there thats why Randy Johnso throws high 90s and he throws sidearm that using his body submarine is harder because you fight gravity to throw the ball and you dont get as much torque
