I'm a cast member at Disney and this makes me SO MAD. It looks to me like the kid was pulling on Tigger's tail, and when Tigger's tail is pulled on he literally can't breathe. If you see the video about the family screwing Tigger it's TOTALLY true. The dad's dialogue proves that he and the son were in fact messing with Tigger, and Tigger not being able to breathe was just reaching for the kid to get him OFF but I guess anything can be a lawsuit these days.. sheesh!!!
I did read about that; from what I'd read, the man in the Tigger costume claimed that he was acting in self-defense as the teenager was pulling on the back of the costume, causing Tigger to lose his breath. Mainly, it was self-defense; see how Tigger pushes the teen's left arm from himself on clip 00:19 to 00:23 ? He was being choked and acted towards to do it; may've had no other choice.
Not even a punch because it doesn't knock off his glasses. It looks more like falling off balance from the kid pulling on the back of the costume. Long live Tigger.

The kid appears to be grabbing Tigger's tail - and then starts to fall over when Tigger (wisely) moves out of the way. I would have smacked him into next week. Hard to be a teenage boy and not get in trouble - but you just STAND THERE and don't touch the character.

If this does go to court, I hope Disney countersues the family for defamation. This family obviously wants a quick payday and its 15 minutes of fame (15 minutes more than they deserve.)
