On geese: Not all dogs and cats will leave day-old goslings alone.
Geese on lawns: if confined to a pen sized for the number pf geese (wood frome or 'PermaNet' electrified netting) - and MOVED, preferably daily - to a fresh area of lawn, the geese stay healthy and the grass is 'mown' uniformly.
Goats - that image is of deer, ('fallow deer, I beleive) NOT goats!!
Sheep can be useful on brush, depending on the breed and the height &type of brush. Ask a knowledgeable shepherd, or read
