PS the IMF are charging an administravive fee approx 2-3%. Cowen and co. were holding out last month over these details.

@coirpeach1 My wife, my two year old and I spent three years living in a room with my parents. Don't believe the lies coming from estate agents and FFers. I didn't mean that post to sound insensitive.

I just don't want to see people being duped into buying houses - there is a big campaign on to persuade people to buy - lies - prices are still falling.

It was nolonger fair on my parents so I had to buy.

Today is the 1st of December 2010: I just bought a three bed room house in Greystones for 86,000 and it is not in a ghost estate.

I could never have afforded a 300,00 euro house.
