jsmythib, I would think, the majority of the people who voluntarily turned in their guns, did so realizing their guns were registered, and after the grace period to turn them in expired, they would be subject to arrest and prosecution for failing to do so.
This would constitute sufficient probable cause for the issuance of a search and seisure warrent to be issued against the non compliant gun owner.
We stood still while a few politicians marched us into bankruptcy, took our right to speak out, took our right to have and bear arms, and they will come for our guns. jsmythib, I would think, the majority of the people who voluntarily turned in their guns, did so realizing their guns were registered, and after the grace period to turn them in expired, they would be subject to arrest and prosecution for failing to do so.
This would constitute sufficient probable cause for the issuance of a search and seisure warrent to be issued against the non compliant gun owner.
Registration is a prelude to confiscation.

We stood still while a few politicians marched us into bankruptcy, took our right to speak out, took our right to have and bear arms, and they will come for our guns. They will start like the have already started to ban automatic, and assault rifles. Then, with gun registration. They can simply send us a letter saying "you must turn-in your guns" and then you either do it or go to jail, or die in the ensuing fight.
