  • ahahaha pause it at 7:06. jeremy is gonna kill himself

  • How refreshing it is to hear an interview where people have an open, friendly, intelligent conversation without the stick-up-the-ass that is political correctness. Top Gear is a great programme and Jeremy Clarkson is a most capable host.

  • TATA bought jaguar and range rover and yeh we have the mumbai pune expressway mumbai pune is almost 150 km so yeah almost the size of UK !!

    CHEERS!!

  • i wanna do a lap on their track! looks fun :)

  • wait for Gran Turismo 5. Their track will be on there.

  • really?

  • the tissue box lol my dad use 2 have that

  • Hahaha, jeremy spelled his name wrong on the lap board.

  • Yay ...

    INDIANS are Daring !

  • haha, very well put.

  • Both guys are really great fun.

One must admit that someone who drives a Peugeot 406 is not a typical show off !

  • two scooters transporting a wardrobe

  • this is going all the way to my favourite

  • India is not as bad as these guys are making fun of. These kind of people become popular by criticizing other stuff.

  • well its sort of reality isnt it, its just a joke dude, im indian btw. dont live in india though.

  • or two scooters transporting a wardrobe... LOL

  • i live in australia... does anybody know how i can get a hold of.. kumars at 42 and mumbai calling?

  • "Or 2 scooters transporting a wardrobe"

    brilliant

  • What a fun guy

  • MUMBAI CALLING!!!!!!!!

  • peugeot made an indian-themed commercial once, it's excellent

  • yes. and?

  • What a fun guy:-) Don't think i've seen this interview before, but it was great:-)

  • hahah my dad used to drive a peugeot idk if i spelled it right :D

  • I always thought that Peugeot didnt sell well in USA. Am I right or wrong ? Tell me mate :P

  • haha i used to live in the uk in coventry thats where my dad had one

  • Yes your're damn right. like all French companies, like of entrepreneurship, poor quality product or not aligned on consumer expectations. So Peugeot ended up in the US very badly in the early 80s.

Actually, Peugeot and Citroen make really good cars that would perfectly match to the US market now and low emission requirement. The Peugeot 1007 is a great city vehicle that'is worth being sold in the US

  • thats not true...... that highway is not that scary that ppl are showing!!

  • Holy Shit yo. I used to live in Pune before moving to New York, and I've been on the Bombay--Pune Highway. I saw a person die on a motorcycle in front of our car. If you don't believe me, I'm sorry I can't help you, but that memory is still as clear as the day I saw it.

  • i've been on that puna to mumbai/bombay road before. Terrifying!

  • three months after i got my license i and my dad drove on that highway during the monsoon in a suzuki urban car. i was shitting my pants...

  • I drove on the old bombay pune highway in monsoon with heavy rains and near zero visibility just a few months after I got my license in a Maruti 800. Imagine my state.

  • same number of cars as here in uk , but more number of people travelling per car. so more number of deaths as compare to other countries.

  • his interview with parkison is much better.

  • He's too funny. Should be knighted or something.

  • Interview was funi, also that looked like a clean lap u no

  • hes the best

  • Goodness Gracious Me!

  • is it a car with a broken head lamp or is it a scooter? maybe its 2 scooters transporting a wardrobe rofl

  • my favourite guest that went in the car, so funny!, 5 quid mate just round the corner lol love the way he does indian accents!

  • me too :)

  • i love top gear. top gear is my life from now on.

  • me too :)

  • datson sounds like some sort of vacuum cleaner

  • It's Datsun. That name was then taken over by Nissan.

  • What was the name for a Japanese car Top Gear called? was it datsen?

  • datsun= nissan

  • thank you

  • I was expecting a indian accent. Dont know the guy but love the show

  • Sanjeev was born in India but raised in the UK. Thats why he doesn't have an Indian accent.

  • Actually he is born and raised in England

  • Apologies for the confusion.

  • no problem, man.

  • Sanjeev is such a funny guy!

  • Sanjeev Bhaskar is cool!!!

  • THAT WAS VERY ENTERTAINING

  • dis iz so funny

  • or two scooters transporting a wardrobe lmao !!!!!!!!

  • Tissue box in south asian ppls cars is very typical...heck in my dad and moms car there is a tissue box

I don't see how it is really funny

  • Tissue box in south asian ppls cars is very typical...heck in my dad and moms car there is a tissue box

I don't see how it is really funny

  • The tissue box

    TYPICAL

  • Goodness Gracious Me!!!

  • CLASSIC.

  • i love sanjeev :D and his wife :D xx even though she isn't there :P x

  • he's so damn funny. pretty neat!!!

  • both have no clue... what India is...

  • enlighten us abcdefg

  • Tata Nano ?

  • the nano is the newest car from tata moters which is an indian car company

  • Funny guy.

  • Hahahaha! he's The Best!

  • Iran is the most dangerous place in the world to drive. Approximately 25,000 people die a year, that 70 a day !!! JUST ROAD ACCIDENTS...HAHA

  • The thing about Iran is that the population density is very low, and that quite lot of people there are poor enough that they can't afford anything better than a Dacia Logan.

I'm guessing it's the young sons of wealthy oil magnates hooning around in their souped-up Mercedes.

  • Umm, I don't quite get the joke with the tissue box.

  • Ornate tissue boxes are sometimes placed on the parcelshelves of cars in India/Pakistan. Sometimes 1st generation asian people in the Uk also place these in their cars and you can usually tell as a result of this that the car is owned by an asian, almost like the joke relating to Datsun cars which were popular with the asian community during the 70's and 80's.

  • lolz funny

  • i love sanjeev soooo funny

  • Having trouble rewatching this video....

And other BBCWorldwide videos for that matter. Please fix ASAP BBC!

  • LMFAO

JC and SB should meet more often

  • i love india

  • Not just India..the Middle East too.

  • i love this interview!

  • "Or two scooters transporting a wardrobe..." xD

  • Hilarious!!

  • Jeremy is referring to the old Bombay Pune highway, not the current 6 lane expressway..he drove on that during his motorworld series in India, sometime in the early 1990s.

  • When Jeremy Clarkson visited it was before the Bombay Pune Expressway. It was on the old NH4, which is dangerous.

  • use Opera... not firefox ....

  • I dont see said 'problems'. I have the crappiest laptop known to man, and the latest version of Firefox, and it runs perfectly. So it's nothing from the BBC's end, else i'd have that problem too.

  • you know something about sucking ass I guess, to make such a bold comment.

  • One of the funnier interviews in Top Gear :P

  • solid

  • grrr bbc videos always screw up if you try to rewind and what not

  • yeah

  • true

  • Yeah and then you have to start from the beginning.

  • So pleased it's not just me who has that problem!

  • i hope the bbc can see this and solve the problem

  • oh yeah.... dammit.

  • tru tru ... v.annoying

  • thx for upload

  • woot
