The only times I've ever found Jimmy Fallon's show funny are when he actually deviates from the planned monologue and script.

Not too long ago on his show, he did a Neil Young impression, and aside from looking and singing exactly like him, he also played guitar and harmonica just like him, and it seriously blew my mind.
