    You do want to apply as above b/c you are trying to take pressure off of the medial tubercle where the plantar fascia originates by rotating it laterally. hope that helps.

  • Good video. Probably harder to do when you have to do it yourself, but it makes sense. Just curious, is there a reason why I wouldn't want to dape cross-wise opposite from how you did it in addition? Is the point to keep the area pressured towards the side of the foot more or less?
