Good vid m8, but dont want to burst your bubble but when you do tricks anywhere in the game 99.9% of the time it will be helped to completion by the PS3, by either making your opposing defender so dumb he watches the skill , by pulling the opposing player slightly to the side to let your player past or by helping your player by giving him a little more room than the skill would really give him, but none-the-less, a very good vid

The only thing i can do in fifa is give and go give and go I just press Lt and try to do some skills with my right analog stick but then i just get tackled so easly...

Dribble whilst holding sprint button (rt/r2) then let go of that and quickly do a fake shot whilst holding lt/l2 and push the analogue stick in the opposite direction to that of which you were running at.

(2) - I play career mode mostly ... can skill moves beat the CPU?

Yes, you can do skills agains the CPU but its harder in my opinion because the CPU doesn't know how to do a tackle they just go on the ball...
