Thi advert does not make it clear that you get longer lasting results without steam :( I thought it was the steam tht makes it last longer but in the instructions, when I bought it, it said 'for a longer lasting finish turn the steam off'
I have the Nano Silver by Conair and these two straighteners looks almost EXACTLY alike. All of the buttons are in the exact same places, the color is the same.. EVERYTHING. The only differences are of course the names of the two straighteners and the plates are different colors, thats ALL.

When I use it... hot water drops out of those hole...where steam should get out. Sometimes it drops out of the styler and ouch... is that normal?
