  • I was eating some teriyaki flavored instant ramen and I kept thinking about eating gagh. Should I be ashamed of myself...?

  • @Arrakeen77 Wonder if it tastes similar? lol

  • god I hate klingons....

  • I'd love a good serving of gagh right about now.

  • What was that crunchy thing Riker ate at the end? What is it called in Klingon and what was Jonathan Frakes really eating?

  • That scene always made me hungry!!!!

  • Some of that stuff actually looks really good.

  • @Saibrock I guess if you like Kalamari. Although the heart of targ doesn't look too awful.

  • if that was a fewar factor stunt riker woulda won

  • Does anybody know what they used for the pipius claw or the gahg?

  • @Arrakeen77 for the pipius claw they used chicken feet with the middle toe cut out.

  • @Tebok73509 I see that. Was the part that he was actually eating still chicken?

  • @Arrakeen77 Not sure, could be something made of rubber that he spit out after the shot. Best way to find out is ask the question on a star trek message board:)

  • Other than the Targ heart, it looks like Asian food.

  • Don't know how i get here but now i'm hungry.I think it looks yummy.

  • Hey where's Doctor Crusher? :P

  • @OmarAlQaseer Gates McFadden decided to leave the show after season 1 but changed her mind and returned in season 3. Diana Muldaur replaced her in season 2 as Dr. Katherine Pulaski.

  • @FerretJohn I know. I was just trolling a bit.

  • Can someone please explain what's going on here? I'm new to Trek.

  • @normalpsychology riker is about to serve on a klingon ship as first officer as part of an exchange program , the episode is called a matter of honor

  • @TheGlenn9 Nice name, bro, thanks for the explanation.

  • @normalpsychology He's going to a Klingon ship and is trying Klingon quisine before he goes. One mistake though which he learns when he gets there, half those dishes are supposed to still be moving

  • @FerretJohn I don't think Klingons use forks either :p

  • looks kinda....good.

  • Have you ever saw anyone there eating NORMAL FOOD like CARBONARA instead of live WORMS?

  • call me crazy but when i saw this as a kid i thought it looked really delicious and always made me hungry.

  • @Seannyskillz You are from China? :D

  • I would definitely try it.. maybe not like it, but definitely try it.

  • Heart of Targ looks delicious.

  • Somebody get this guy some Pepto-Bismol!!!

  • polaski is such a bitch

  • that's a lot of food. i am curious on what extra terrestrial foods could taste like

  • Think we now know why Riker ended the TNG era as a fat bastard.

  • who wouldn't want heart of targ

  • wat a fatass

  • What was the name of this STTNG episode.

  • id happily try Klingon food it reminds me of chinese take out :P

  • Now I'm hungry.

  • Klingon food looks damn good to me. I'm not being sarcastic or facetious, it really does.

  • Bet it taste like chicken.

  • years down the road, he (frakes) directed star trek klingon. The whole transfer thing was a complete success.

  • Just like my wife's cooking, which is why I usually cook.

  • I could go for some gagh right about now...

  • You know, add some soy sauce and I think a lot of that food would be good. I don't understand Pulaski's problem, both Picard and Riker seem to be enjoying it.

  • ...I totally would like to try that..

  • and some people wonder why Frakes was so fat later on in the show.

  • om nom nom nom

  • "I envy you Mr. Riker",

    *More Klingon food is served*

    "I take that back >_>"

  • 1:41 HE LIKES IT

  • the gach wasnt alive, it was therefore shite.

  • You've made some sort of mistake in your career choices if you end up serving food in 10 forward in a society that doesn't use currency.

  • @dthejc He must have pulled KP duty when he signed in for details.

  • @dthejc youre missing the point. If someone thought that serving food was beneath them, then they dont have the correct values for the time. If theres a legitimate need then someone will meet it because its for the betterment of mankind.

  • @JayEey Then why does Picard get so upset about being in a blue shirt in the episode "tapestry" ?

  • @dthejc because thats not his career choice or what he's accustomed to.

  • @dthejc There is no evidence to the claim that people don't use currency in the star trek future. The references to money (Riker:"I don't carry money") do not strike the possiblitiy of a currency system with a common denomination used like we do today. Imagine if we made paypal the entire money supply, that's what they do/did in the future...

  • @dthejc could be bartering services... he works and provide services, and in return he gets room and board on enterprise.. maybe even gets covered if he gets sick.

  • @dthejc if you want to travel space, and don't have a clue about antimatter warpcores or don't intent to have a military career, why would that be so out of reasonable?

in fact you covering that from the wrong perspective: yes, you don't get paid. But, for what would you need to get paid?

  • @dthejc maybe the waiters are not intelligent enough to be in the real crew but they want to go to space?

  • @dthejc Magical communist society

  • @dthejc It could be some sort of private-contractor-to-the-military type situation, sort of like there are US fast food restaurants at overseas bases for the base personnel.

  • MOVE THE CURSOR!!!!

  • no chech'tlhutlh? :p
