@dthejc There is no evidence to the claim that people don't use currency in the star trek future. The references to money (Riker:"I don't carry money") do not strike the possiblitiy of a currency system with a common denomination used like we do today. Imagine if we made paypal the entire money supply, that's what they do/did in the future...
