The wife and I climbed Boundary, and I had planned on doing Montgomery, but we were both a little uncomfortably cold from the wind coming off the Sierras. That morning, at 6am I put water into the dogbowl and by 6:30, it had a frozen layer on top. At 7am at the trailhead it was hot I was sweating, so I left my fleece at the car. Doh! I still have unfinished business with Montgomery Peak.

I understand, completely, as that's happened to me a couple times here in Colorado! I have read that Boundary and Montogmery are good winter climbs but it's probably something I won't try myself as we have plenty of snow and cold here in Colorado...
