  • @kirensarwar Hi, you bake it at 350F for approximately 30 min. or until you see the crust starting to brown a little bit ;)

  • Some reason my pastry isn't coming out right. It stills look like a liquid. I've already been boiling it for a while . I don't know what to do .

  • I'd laugh if she just dropped that puppy in the tart

  • often, fruit tarts have this jelly like glaze over top the fruit. i kinda like it. what is that stuff? how can i make it ad put it on fruit tarts?

  • @bubbles02010 I do mention it on the video. I use unflavored gelatin but you can also use apricot glaze ;)

  • You r funny. You explained everything very well step by step. Good job :)

  • My pastry cream turned out runny!!!! How do I fix it????!!!!! I need reply... Fast;0 thankss!!

  • @allisonphuise1996 Did you let it boil long enough? Did you add the right amount of cornstarch? If you did these 2 things right there is no way to go wrong, there is only one thing that thickens your cream, the starch and the length it boils. If not thickened yet let it boil for longer.

  • hahaha i love the baby strawberry with the mom strawberry part haha lol

  • I just wanted to say that for some reason, finding a GOOD classic fruit tart recipe was quite difficult for me but when I crossed your video....omgosh, i was SO HAPPY!! I used your recipe to make mini fruit tarts for my bf and they turned out amazing! :) thanks so much!

  • Can you please tell whether you use pie weights when baking the crust?

  • @Elena0210 I didn't use but it's safer if you do =)

  • i love how you are so enthusiastic. :) makes it so much more interesting!

  • thanks for the video.... the tart looks great.... and u r very sweet :P

  • i was so excited to make this!

But when I went on the blog, I got confused with the grams measurements...

I used the chart, but I guess I still messed up.

So basically, I FAILED! Wahhhh :(

My crust was terrible, and the filling was like soup! :(

  • @CinCinLei I'm sorry but besides 2 ingredients on the crust, EVERYTHING else was in cups and spoons measurements. Your filling was like soup because you didn't cook the time necessary to thickens it. On the crust 100g of butter means 1 stick and 200g of flour is 1 2/3 cup but you could have used 2 cups and just add some water if the crust was too dry.

I'm really sorry to hear that. When making crusts, breads and doughs in general even the humidity could change the moisture of it,be patience=)

  • lol at 4:35

  • @derekbegins ah i see... my recipe was from a professional teacher who studied in french. thats is why i was doubting hahas.

  • um... i have a question.. how big is the plate thingie that you bake the the crust in?

  • @hellomorning1001 Hello friend, the plate is 11 in or 28cm. Good luck!

  • you have such a cute personality! i like it! ^^
