Greece had one of the most successful sabatoge and resistance movements in the entire continent. So much so that Germany had to leave nearly 100 thousand troops to occupy it. Not to mention that they lost most of their elite paratroopers on Crete. Greece made the axis pay dearly , with other things as well.
