  • Ask yourself (this is above and beyond the names and titles given to call your country; democratic, communism, fascism, ect, and the definitions you were led to believe they are) What rights and freedoms do I have given by government; Think T.S.A., RFID chips, implementing a new world currency, media distortion of facts; Fox News: 911, ect. Then think how much human value (individualism) there is in that.

  • Anyone doing a doctorate or what have you on a particular leader can say such and such is right or wrong on that person. Though you can always figure history out by a couple things. One being who benefited from it in the aftermath and inevitably in the future. Leaders in so called democratic countries are just the puppets who are acting out a function for a higher power; being the corporations and people who got them in power in the first place

  • this John St George guy sounds like he is so bored and disinterested. LOL

  • This Ed Griffin video is very eye opening

  • you should look up antony suttons interviews if you find this one eye opening already ;)

  • There is no distortion of History in this. The truth is evident in the outcome. Look at Russia during the early 1900's during lenin/stalin 30 MILLION russians murdered, more than Nazi Germany and the facts are anywhere you want to search, including National Geographic.

  • I am not disputing the outcome he is taking Lenin's words out of context, it is a pathetic way of making your point. it is the same with everything if America doesn't agree then they make up lies to support THEIR truth.

I know a lot about the revolution and I agree with the video completely but why cant he use actual historical evidence rather than distort the words of Lenin??????

  • numberonedon1.

Please explain, in detail, the distortion in what Griffin says. And also please explain, in detail, Lenin's actual quote and view (that came out of his mouth) so we can all know. Be exact, if you can quote Lenin's real words.

  • well where griffins proof???? without reviewing the EVIDENCE you will not know, you just take Griffins word for it. Lenin never spoke those words directed toward anyone, that would symbolize a dictatorship which is quite the opposite of socialism. however the Bolsheviks were a dictatorship. when Lenin talks about killing anyone who opposes you he is referring to the Whites and autocracy not just anyone in general but griffin did not point this out in his little down talk of socialism

  • well where griffins proof?

I understand why Lenin felt he should go about that revolution how he did, but it still led to millions being murdered. It still led to people's lives being manipulated into being a tool of the society, at the communists whim. It led to people losing their self created lives, like, their businesses and homes. Unfortunately it did turn into overthrowing tyranny while installing it again with tyranny, with the idea of good intent. But it didn't work. Tyranny never works.

  • I am not in anyway in disagreement with you about the things that happened under lenins control, I am simply saying why does Griffin need to switch words round to prove a point when there is enough factual evidence to back up his claim. I pisses me off when that happens someone in his position should analyze and evaluate not fit things in where he thinks they should go. I no what Lenin and his successor etc done was outrageous but griffin shouldn't down talk something because he doesn't agree

  • Whoa, wait a second. First you accuse Griffin of taking Lenin's words out of context. Then someone else asks you for proof of such. You then demand that Griffin's innocence be proven.

The burden of proof is on the accuser, not the accused.

  • WOW!! Edward Griffin speaks the KING KONG TRUTH.

  • What is the king kong truth??????

Im not disputing the fact that communism is nothing more than a fairy tale but how the fuck is this guy to distort history to support his view point

  • There is no distortion of History in this. The truth is evident in the outcome. Look at Russia during the early 1900's during lenin/stalin 30 MILLION russians murdered, more than Nazi Germany and the facts are anywhere you want to search, including National Geographic.

  • you can just tell, this guy knows exactly what he is talking about

  • Doctrinization in the inevitibility of gradualness is the stealth tactic used in this country. I makes perfect sense to me how they have taken over without a single shot being fired to defend us from communism. George Bernard Shaw started the Fabian Society.

  • read a few history books published outside of America before you comment.

sure he has the names right but he is distorting history, which Americans are well known for to fit there own pro capital views.

I am in favor of capitalism, but I don't believe in distorting history to make my point

  • History, as written (no matter where it was published) is basically an opinion, so unless you are quite naive, you can't say this guy is distorting history. Unless you know what actually happened ( which you can't), you made yourself look kind of stupid. The video deserves at least intelligent debate.
