As a restaurant server, I identify with a lot of this video. Awesome!!!
I personally believe that all 5 of the principles you cite are worthwhile. I strive to follow them every day I work (not to mention my private life). If my managers are to be believed, I succeed at this endeavor as a general rule. This isn't something I'm proud of. I consider it to be the bare minimum standard for professional service.
I also believe that the above applies without any supernatural 'God' at all.
