Love this!!! Shambala is my favorite all time song and I became addicted to LOST. So when this song came on I started to scream and cry. The moment gave sooooo much meaning to that beautiful sound. The song is my cellphone ring tone and when I am being buried I want that song played. Morbid, but thats what I want!!!

This episode (trisha Tanaka) is one of the rare sub-plot episodes that were actually entertaining .... in fact this episode - along with the shambala song ... is one of my favorite "filler" episodes.

Unfortunately i cannot say the same thing for "S.O.S" which i wish it was erased from this show

@ghostgate82 im not calling them nothing, just that some shows are more in depth than others. heck, for all i know nikki and paulo will be what brought everyone to the island in the end- though i somehow doubt that. but could the rich old guy the plotted to kill mean something to the story? yeah, maybe. who knows? lost is great, but all shows, even ones with a million plot twists and complex storyline, have some filleresque shows now and then (some episodes better than others, filler or not)

If I had to pick just one scene as my favorite from Lost, I think this would be the one. From the scene on the mountain top as Hurley and Charlie are about to take the ride of their life to the beach scene with Sawyer looking around him with such a melancholy look on his face. I always want to cry. The music is so beautiful and I didn't realize until I found this video that it was done by Michael Giacchino.  You made an incredibly beautiful video to go with it. Thanks.
