He was drunk driving and got into an accident and killed someone. He didn't try to hurt someone. Let him go the guilt is enough admit everyone has or has known someone that has driven under the influence. I don't believe it should be that huge of a charge the guilt they all feel should be enough. It was an accident. I feel sad for everyone that was involved family and all. God bless your hearts.
