So is that actually the water from the Reservoir , or a feeder to that body of water that broke out onto 287

@Beachdudeca it's the rockaway river that feeds into the resevoir. It always ran next to 287N, this is the first time I've ever seen it flood like this, it never floods this bad. it washed away one lane of the highway, it didn't just come up over the side.
