I've never taken the time to sit down and tab it out. I was just kind of messing around with open D tuning (see side bar) and just figured it out. If I get a chance, I'll try to write them down, but i would suggest trying to figure it out by watching my hands. It is way more rewarding that way and you'll learn a lot more as well.
