Yeah, up near where I live we have the CBBT (Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel) that's a bridge out into the Chesapeake bay and down into a tunnel then back out into an "island bridge" then back down into a tunnel popping up into a bridge in Chesapeake VA. Google it, it's really neat to drive!
