@itena Agreed, when Ursue brought Kikyo back Kagome was able to somehow pull most of her soul back within her body, leaving Kikyo with a small part of it. You'd think missing part of you're soul would be painfull to say the least. However, I'm glad in a way, because this way Kagome does NOT have to worry that Inuyasha might only want to be with her because of having Kikyo's portion of soul within her.

Kikyo was Inuyasha's first love, so its understandable that he'd feel sad and cry if she finally died. Even Kagome acknowledges this and understands, which is why she didn't fly into a jealous rage. Instead, she cries for Kikyo too (this is why I like Kagome as a character-- she's accepting!). And don't forget that Inuyasha cried too when Kagome nearly died from that fire set by that bald dude from the Band of Seven!
