As a former Broome County resident I've gotta say he's JC's chance at remaining a village. Taxes are a disaster, the job market is a mess, and in general the people living in the area are amazingly close minded and resistant to change. I'm not a fan of Walmart at all but what are your options JC? That Vestal store is consistantly top 3 in the nation for Walmarts in volume and sales. Take a part of that tax income from Vestal while you can. Main st. JC is already affected by Vestal Walmart. C'mon
