Berry's boogie woogie guitar style was transposed from Johnson's piano, which can be heard on ALL the prime Berry songs of the 50's (including Johnny B. Goode, which was named after him); Johnson also helped on the writing of songs like Havana Moon and Maybellene. He was not replaced until the post-jail late sixties, when Berry wasn't as big. By the time of the White Album each Beatle was basically acting as a studio musician for eachother's songs, so the combo designation holds.

When you're in a band with four guys the relationship is more intense than having 4 serious girlfriends. Everyone caring deeply for the music makes it even more intense. My point - after that experience I can guarantee that Yoko had very little to do with the break up. They all hated each other by the end & it was a nightmare
