No it would not be. The monarchy is only abolished by the national government in each country. If it was abolished in Britain, it would continue in Canada, New Zealand, Jamaica, etc. until those governments abolished it. The Crowns of each realm became separate after 1949.

That's why the Monarch in right of each realm only acts on the advice of the ministers from that realm. In one case, the King as monarch of one realm has gone to war with himself as King of another realm. If the British monarchy were abolished, it would remain in the other realms.

You may not know, but in the old German Empire, the song "Heil dir im Siegerkranz" was sung to the same tune of "God Save The King/Queen". "Heil dir im Siegerkranz" wasn't the national anthem though, it was just the Emperor's anthem. Germany didn't have an official national anthem until the monarchy was abolished, and the Weimar Republic was founded.
