Watching this video I personally find nothing reprehensible. What we see is that a group of victorious Russian soldiers is executing an order by eliminating a stinking shithole of Georgian murders. While leaving the former German Democratic Republic in early 1990s, the Russians did exactly the same: they spoiled all machines on their bases and took away everything usable (including toilet bowls) in order to leave absolutely nothing to the adversary.
