I'm on the Branson TP committee and I can tell you that nobody forbade anyone from passing out copies of the constitution! I was passing them out. All official TP personnel were wearing easily identifiable STAFF TP t-shirts! BOTH organizers of this TP were on stage in plain sight the entire time so how could they have told these plants anything? I have pics of every vendor who was registered & these happy, not angry people were NOT among them! Now I'm sorry I voted for Ron Paul!

Tea party, cocktail party, tupperware party, the constitution should always be allowed in the United Sates or it's holdings. When somebody tells me I can't hand someone a copy of our Constitution, In the United States, it's time to fight.

@SurvivingSTL Most of the tents at our event were set up by local politicians and hawkers of (expensive) memorabilia. The tent we were standing by in this video was letting people take hardcover or soft-cover books in exchange for donations.

I think that it is more like these people are from the left and trying to make poeple to think that this is really the case. I see this as very false. The Tea Party in my area was passing out the Constitution.

This woman and the guy are very unbelievable. You can tell by the video it is a setup. The guy with the videso is with them. They are from crash the tea party.

@wearechangebranson All of the other Tea Parties were handing out copies of the Costitution by the thousands. Many of my friends from around the country was saying that they got a copy. And the ones here in my area did the same. So some thing is a little fishy.

Yep, the Tea Parties have been overrun by the Republicans, there message has been lost, I quit going to the meetings of my local Tea Party because of this sort of thing, the last one I went to they were cheering over the death of Ted Kennedy, I thought that was horrible, sure I didn't like the guy or his politics, but he had a family who loved him, cheering about someones death is just not right.

I went to the Cassville, MO Tea Party btw.
