Wow Lot of guys upset because people know the song of a game, be glad that lots of people still get introduced to good music through games and movies, instead of being all hipster about the song.
@AwesomeOPanda I tend to agree with this. I'd rather that there be a new generation of listeners to classic music, instead of a handful of arrogant audiophiles who think that it's "too cool" for people to start listening to, or like people are late. Those people were probably born well after the song was made anyway, so whenever you found out was too late too, you fucking wanks.
@ADAMTHEKILLJOY My apologies for the harshness, but I'm sick of hearing all this shit about white men being oppressive pieces of shit to anyone who isn't 100% white. Whenever I hear a comment like that, I can't help but hate it.
Hopefully I didn't seem like an ABSOLUTE jackass. Clearly, I can tell I was trying :P
@brianab31 it's a video game set in the 40s, based around noir detective films that kinda stuff. its featured anachoristically, as this version of the song came out after the game is set.
@TheReaper951 no it's not. this is the 50s version for the type of music that was around then. there was a swing version in the 40s made by the same person!
I'm looking for someone who has a copy of a 78 my folks had that was hilarious. It was called "Chicka Bita Boogie." The whole barnyard gets jumpin' and they go off on a "boogie ride."
I'm here because of my mother spinning her 78's when I was a kid. Never been to LA or Madonna.
