They take pictures of you in your car. The guys shooting these video clips took pictures of them inside and outside of their vans. They don't take pictures of the inside of your car. Yea, that would suck if they screwed up a persons credit report. I agree that a few small things need to be changed but overall it seems to be a good idea.

i am with KVOL1330...the vans are not fair that they can take pics of you in your car but you cant go near theirs...and also how there is no way to fight the tickets...i have been caught by the van and i was barely speeding and the light is so bright at night it scares you and can possible make you wreck...wow go SAFE VANS!!!!

I am guessing that if you don't pay the ticket then you will have you jury trial when they take you to court. So I still don't understand how this is unconstitutional.

Can you please explain to me what makes these vans unconstitutional? I am guessing that your challenging the authority of the vans actions based on the 3rd or 4th Amendment to the Constitution. Either way it appears that these challenges are based on your opinion or your interpretation of the U.S. Constitution. You are misleading the public by stating that the vans are unconstitutional. Some day the courts may decide you are right but until then you are just giving you opinion.

You have the right to your own opinion but I would suggest that you do your homework.
