A lot of people translate "magi" to mean wise men or kings just to hide the fact of who they really were. Mistranslations, especially in the KJV, have muddied the waters of what the Bible really says, and as far as I could see, it doesn't condemn astrology. There are even positive references to it, like the Magi story.

Great vid! It's hard to know how to approach any subject with Christians. They seem closed minded because it's like they are asking people to be open minded about their beliefs, but they refuse to be open minded about anyone else's spiritual beliefs. I don't think the devil/Lucifer creature in Christianity is evil in any way, more misunderstood.

I got into an argument with a guy who calls all of creation a being termed"maya" apart from god...therefore = the devil. and eventualy he thinks all of maya gets "redeemed" by god and everything is pointless besides exactly that. The catch is he does exorcisms but cant even justify why, or even take responsibility for himself. he could not pickup the concept of energy that integrates or segregates.

Didn't the Mayan solar (Haab) year traditionally consist of only 365 days? compared to the Gregorian 365.24? sure it's possible that when the long count and Haab are combined using a certain number of digits you can derive a figure more accurate than the Gregorian (which could just be a co-incidence which the maya had no idea of). If they did realize it then why did they stick with the Haab calender? (maybe for practicality?) as that had an error rate of 1 day per 4 years.

Hey, I appreciate your videos and think you are a very bright mind. I would have to disagree with your last statement - you cannot and should not - as a man of spirituality - place billions of people in the same pot. Christians, as the followers of any religion vary in their beliefs, some are pure and open-minded while many others take religion and use it as judgment of all others.

The first thing I will say about Christians is that their God is far more vicious and evil than any Satan. This goes for all fundamentalists.

Religious conservatives and fundamentalists represent a stage of spiritual evolution. This is a very primitive stage. In their approach to religion God is a projection of their narcissistic ego. The subconscious and anything they do not like is the realm of Satan.
