Thanks! Just what I needed to know, quick tut, straight to the point! (Are you Irish? If not, then no offense. If so, AWESOME! :D)
Don't sweat negative votes. Some people think that having an internet connection gives them the right to act like piranha. Wear the downvotes like a badge. I do.
I hope you do a lot of Blender tutorials like this. If so, let me know and I'll subscribe.
@Ophiguris When working with multiple objects in a single object (in edit-mode), you can mouse over an object in and hit the "L" key. This will select all the vertexes that are linked together, which will do the same thing as selecting each individual vertex, as in the above video, only instantly. :)
@Ophiguris Hey. thanks for your comment. what you do is you go to the side view and press B twice. then highlite the vertexes and then follow the video. If this is wrong respond cus i haven't used this in a while.
Yeah I thought he said Ctrl + G too :-/
Aren't you Irish? I'm from Northern Ireland and didn't understand you XD

@VelocityTutorials I used this tutorial to attach arms to a body. You see my arms were a separate mesh. Little short tutorials like this are helpful.

No, Sorry. When you join the objects they become the same. All one object, all one color.
VelocityTutorials 1 year ago
Do you know how to join objects and have them keep their original color? When I join 2 objects, the both turn the same color.
DundoreA 1 year ago
@DundoreA you cant without some UV mapping. the texture or "color" is applied to and object not a part of one.
